TERMS & CONDITIONS

Once order received, products will be shipped within 3 days and then delivered within 7 to 10 working days. In the case of inactivity, all of the memberships will retain in one year. All the pending, failed or cancelled orders will clear out in two weeks. Please let us know before the time period if you have any questions or concerns regarding your pending, failed or cancelled orders. Once an order is completed we will clear out its data after completion of one month after the purchase (not applicable for one-year service purchases).

Cancellation Policy

You as a customer can cancel your order before 24 hours from the time of order which you have placed. For immediate cancellation, make a call to our customer service no (+919895878142). In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order (excluding payment gateway charges). If you cancel your order after we follow up your order (after 24 hours), an amount of 10% will be deducted as service charge from the payment, you have made.

Return Policy

Product can be returned within 7 days after receipt of order. To place a return request, please write an email to “info@infire.in” (Subject: Return Product – <Product Name>). The return policy does not apply for physical products like “Business cards, Wedding / Thanks cards” and virtual products like “Websites, Advertisement packages”.

Refund Policy

Once cancelled or order returned, a refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days after the successful return of the actual product purchased. An amount of 10% will be deducted as service charge if you file a refund request after 24 hours of purchase.
